FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASS TO BE HELD THURSDAY MORNINGS FROM 7:00 - 8:00 AM



Instructor Ann Paremski has years of experience and teaches women and men of all ages to improve their general health, strength, posture, balance, nutrition and eating habits. Now she will be teaching at the Senior Center on Thursday mornings starting at 7:00 AM.   She will focus on balance, strength, flexibility and core training!  This class is perfect for all you baby boomers in your 50’s & 60’s, but is just as good for everyone else! Call Erica at 835-5801 to register or for more information. (8 person minimum for the class)

    i also enjoy doing cardio, music workout and enjoy it .
    after coming back from Pharmacy Supplier company , where i work , i always do some stretching and yoga exercise daily
